From 26 to 30 November 2018, a workshop was held in Cotonou to develop protocols for conducting surveys on the catastrophic costs of TB in West and Central Africa. This workshop was attended by National TB Programmes from 27 African countries.

On Monday 26 March 2018, Cotonou hosted a three-day workshop to share best practices and lessons learned for tuberculosis screening and treatment in West and Central Africa. At this tuberculosis workshop, 21 countries were represented.

WARN-TB through its Executive Secretariat participated, at the invitation of the West African Health Organization (WAHO), in the ordinary meeting of the ECOWAS Assembly of Ministers of Health. This meeting was an opportunity for WARN-TB to communicate on the network's activities.

From 11 to 14 March 2019, Cotonou hosted a workshop on programmatic management of latent and drug-resistant tuberculosis. The workshop brought together participants from 44 of the 47 countries in the World Health Organization (WHO) Africa region.
